Huntsman Cancer Radio-a-Thon 2009

"Shot Gun Jackson" from K-Bull 93.3 about to talk to Mr. John Huntsman for the Radio-A-Thon

Me and Jaymie manin' the phone lines while good people called in their pledges.
Photo op! (Our new friends Jose and Jon behind us)

Jaymie and Connie. Truly, the girl can make a friend anywhere we go!

Jaymie wanted a friend to go with her to the South Town Mall and I'm so glad she chose me! We had a great time raising money for Cancer research.

Lets go to the Zoo

The weather was perfect, the kids were pumped, gas prices are down, so... let's go to the Zoo.

We went with Behka White and her cute kids.
It was a great day.

It's Hedgehog Day.

My friend that I taught with for a couple years moved to Kindergarten and she still does her Jan Brett unit with the Hedgehog....
So, once a year I borrow the neighbors critter and it goes on a field trip to school. It really is a fun thing!

So, for New Year's Eve we went to Jaymie and Michael's home with some other friends, it was a great night with lots of food and good conversation.
So, we lost at every game, well, I did, but I'm glad we went, because.....

It is a known fact that I do laugh at others misfortunes,

and when Michael had Jocie on his shoulders and she puked down his hair, shirt, glasses, and himself, it was good. Making memories my friend! Making memories!

Piano piano piano

The boys' cute piano teacher, Daphne, had them play at a senior

center during the Christmas break with all their stringed instrument students too. It was a good experience for them. Mom did alright too.

Bar BQ Anyone?

Ok, so, Sam wants a steak for dinner. It's all good. Until I realize that he got the SNOW shovel and cleaned off a patch, got the grill going, and cooked up a good steak.
I did grab the camera and catch the FLAMES!!!
It's about 10 degree's outside with
3 feet of snow.
But, the sad thing is, well, maybe not so sad, is that I can't enjoy steak any where else because Sam cooks it perfect for me. I love the man and his cooking!
